After serving in leadership roles for 3 different industries, Tammy is passionate about connecting, educating, and empowering others. Her professional training and coaching business, Girl Twin Solutions, LLC, focuses on helping people “get out of their own way” to success. Regardless of the setting, Tammy will entertain and enlighten by sharing her energy and expertise with others.

9:00 – 10:15 am Session #1: “Building a Resilient Mindset”

Modern working life has become increasingly stressful to many of us, with ever-growing demands lurking in the back of our minds as constant reminders that bringing home the bacon is no piece of cake. We can never eliminate stress completely, but you can manage the way you respond by becoming more resilient. The good news is anyone can learn resiliency, and become ready for whatever life may throw your way.

10:15 - 10:30 am Break

10:30 – 12:00 pm Session #2: “Training High Performing Teams”

Having a strong team will benefit any organization, and this session will share strategies that you can apply right away with your team back home. Grow with a greater knowledge and understanding on how individual contributions, habits, communication styles, and assumptions can impact the success of themselves and your entire group.

12:00 – 1:00 PM Lunch and Learn:

Mini Food Show and Networking

1:00 – 1:30 PM Key Reviews & Raffle Results
