First Annual Hospice Golf Classic 

Please join us for the First Annual Hospice Golf Classic Benefitting Project 4031 on March 30, 2015. Registration and Lunch Opens at 11 AM. Tournament Begins (Shotgun Start) at 1:00 PM and Ends at 6:00 PM. Heavy hor d'oeuvres and bar will be open after play with awards and silent auction ending at approximately 6 PM. 

 Together we will help give strength. Funds raised will go directly to the Three Buckets. We will be offering three levels of sponsorship. If you have any additional questions about sponsorships or participating on a team please call 817-290-2172.

• The Eagle Sponsor: $2,500 will include Two Teams, VIP Valet & Check-In, Car Wash During Tournament, Awards Presented on Behalf of Eagle Sponsor, and Premier Signage Throughout the Tournament

• The Birdie Sponsor: $1,500 will include One Team, VIP Valet & Check-in, Car Wash During Tournament, Tournament Giveaways Branded on Behalf of Birdie Sponsor, and Event Signage in Designated Sponsor Location of Choice

• The Tee Box Sponsor: $750 will include One Team, Sponsored Tee Box with Logo, and Event Signage

• The Team Sponsor: $500 will include One Team
