PARTY DETAILS
Parties typically last approximately 3 hours. We have expanded our studio and can easily accommodate 8-16 guests in main room, and up to 4 more in added space, for a total of 20 guests. Each guest can select whatever shape they'd like from list on PDF invite - over 100 options to chose from. Prepayment is required to reduce handling of cards/cash. You will be prompted to pay in the check out process. Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to wash hands, get your apron on and say hellos so we can start party promptly!! Feel free to organize bringing along your favorite food and drinks with your guests! You will have the entire front counter to set this up! Don't forget bring plates, napkins, utensils and cups!

PROJECT/DESIGN SELECTION NOTES:
How do guests select or know what projects are available? We recommend browsing through our Facebook page to see what guests have painted recently. Guests can also browse Pinterest and Etsy by typing in the shape of door hanger they are interested in painting and see what comes up for inspiration. If it is NOT a design we have on our list, please reach out to see if it's possible for us to add to collection. STAY TUNED - We are in process of updating our website to include the ease of registering on one platform that will include more pictures of project options.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have a cancellation of a person for your party, please let me know at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE so I have adequate time to make adjustments or let my helper know they are not needed. Cancellations less than 48 HOURS prior to the party date/time will result in host/guest still being responsible for payment of the door hanger. You are welcome to take the shape for the guest or they may have store credit to come paint during a designated "Open Studio" or prearranged date/time. You will NOT be able to paint the prepaid shape at a future private paint party. Thanks for understanding and helping support my small business!
NO REFUNDS ON CERAMIC PIECES ONCE ORDERED! You may take the piecee and paint at home or come to complete at an open paint.
WEATHER POLICY
If severe or inclement weather occurs, a judgement call will be made as soon as possible the day of the party. If rescheduling is necessary, host may reschedule the party with no penalty to host/guests so long as the party date is rescheduled for a future date within 30 days. Guests who cannot attend rescheduled date will be offered a refund. Cancellation by individual guests, if party is still held is subject to above GUEST CANCELLATION policy unless otherwise agreed upon.
