Guest Speaker -  Mark Newman

Mark is a native born Dallasite and a graduate of Texas Tech University.  After college, Mark attended Dallas Theological Seminary, receiving a Masters in Theology.  He began his career in real estate in 1983 at Stone-Lewis Realtors, in 1986 moved to Hank Dickerson Co., was part of Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate from 1989 to 2001, after which he and partner Clay Smith moved to Staubach Retail.  Now with JLL, Mark has been in the business for over 32 years.  He has represented several landlords over the years as well as serving such diverse clients as Computer City, Wachovia Bank, Tom Thumb, In N Out, and Austin’s best – Tacodeli! 

Mark has been married to Cindy for 35 years and they have three adult children and three beautiful grandchildren.  He has been a member of Believers Chapel for 38 years, serving there as an elder and Bible teacher.  He serves on the board of Search Ministries.
