Guest Speaker - Mark Meyer

Mark Meyer brings over 34 years of commercial real estate and business development experience with a variety of real estate disciplines: Tenant Representation, Office project leasing, Office, retail and industrial, acquisition / dispositions, and land investments. Mr. Meyer also provides keen insight into the development and renovation of real estate properties.

A Texas Real Estate Broker since 1985, Mr. Meyer began his career in sales while still in school at Texas Lutheran University, selling books door to door for 2 summers (The Southwestern Company). After college, Mr. Meyer helped start an office brokerage and leasing firm (Kelley-Lundeen,1982), became a Project Leasing Agent (Murray Properties), Director of Office Leasing (Hunt Properties), and sold office warehouse, retail and land (Sperry Van Ness). During the real estate and financial crash of 2009, Mr. Meyer developed a new skill set learning the multifamily commercial construction side of business (United Renovations and Rampart Renovations). Mark brings a diversified and mature perspective gained from many years of servicing clients which adds measurable value to each assignment.

Mark’s family moved to Dallas in 1970 and obtained his Bachelor of Arts - Business Marketing degree from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas (1980) while on a football scholarship. Mark and wife Peri live in Coppell, Texas and have 5 children. They are active members of Prestonwood Church and are involved in multiple ministries as well as the National MS Society. They enjoy traveling, scuba diving and Mark has a unique passion for fishing in exotic locations.
