A unique on-site process will allow attendees to select topics of discussion and build on their findings. This highly interactive and collaborative event will grow consensus and find solutions to today’s most pressing workplace issues. Space is limited to 100. Participants of How We Work will:
- Get involved. Take an active role in choosing session topics and creating shared beliefs.
- Get energized. Share new ideas and new approaches to solving problems through interactive discussions and networking.
- Make friends. Create new and meaningful relationships in an intimate conference environment.
- Be heard. Anyone who wishes to contribute will have an opportunity to do so.
- Be valued. Each participant will be identified by a first-name-only badge to promote the free exchange of ideas.

Need to cancel your registration? Your How We Work registration may be transferred to another individual. Or, you may transfer to a future How We Work event based on the timelines and guidelines provided below. No refunds will be given. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Attendee Replacement Before February 25, 2013
You may transfer your registration to another individual before February 25, 2013. A $75 processing fee will apply to all transfer requests. All transfers must be submitted in writing by February 25, 2013, toinfo@howweworkgroup.com.
Transfer to a Future How We Work Event
Until February 25, 2013, a registration may also be transferred to a future How We Work event held within 12 months of the current event. A $75 processing fee will be applied to all requests. Requests for the transfer must be submitted in writing by February 25, 2013, to info@howweworkgroup.com
No transfers will be provided to no-shows on site or registrants who do not submit a transfer request by February 25, 2013. No refunds.
