Pitching and Presenting Your Business 

Learn the importance of your elevator pitch and how to create it, in order to sell yourself to prospective investors. Key information will be touched upon to include in your presentation and create the image and perception necessary to succeed!

 In this workshop you will learn:

  • Overview of the Purpose of Pitching Your Business - Attracting interest from the targeted audience.
  • Knowing Your Audience - How to identify what the targeted audience wants and is looking for.
  • Elevator Pitch - How to construct it; spend time developing  your Pitch and getting feedback.
  • Your Presentation - How to construct it; Do's and Don'ts during your presentation.
  • Answers to your questions from a qualified instructor

About the Instructor:

Vincent Tang is currently a Principal at Canrock Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm. Prior to joining Canrock, Vincent was a Principal with Lockwell Investments, where he was involved in all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, transaction structuring, and due diligence. Before joining Lockwell Investments, Vincent was a Vice President with Hale Capital Partners, where he invested in late-stage venture companies. Prior to Hale Capital Partners, Vincent worked as an investment banker with Bear Stearns, where he worked on a broad range of M&A and public equity transactions. Vincent received a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
