Spring 2019 UAB EMT Course Application 

EMT Basic Provider Program. Sponsored by the User Advisory Board. Upon completion, participants will be eligible to sit for the NREMT examinations, and subsequently, attain state EMS licensure.

This course will start on January 8, 2019, and be held every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6pm to 10pm until May 4, 2019.

Applications must be received by 11:59pm on 11/30/2018. Applications will not be accepted after 11:59pm on 11/30/2018.

Accepted students will be notified by phone no later than 12/04/2018. Students not accepted into the program will be notified via email.
