$450 per attendee - Early Bird Registration (discounted price ends Sept. 2nd)

$500 per attendee - Regular Registration (from Sept. 3rd till Oct. 3rd when registration closes)

Registration will close on Monday, Oct. 3rd, 2011. We can only accept credit card payments through PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account to pay through their service. Each attendee registration includes breakfasts for both days, lunch, snacks, and dinner on the first day. 

CPE Credits 
All conference sessions award Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for accountants. To receive a certificate for credits earned, please check “yes” for CPE credits when you register and sign the CPE attendance sheet in each session you attend.

Event Refund Policy 
There are no refunds for no-shows. Any registration cancellations must be received by Oct. 3rd, 2010. No refunds can be issued for any reason after Oct. 3rd.
