A one-stop shop for District 181 families looking to explore summer fun and learning opportunities for their children.

We look forward to inviting families to gather information about the local and regional opportunities available to their children for the summer of 2018. Organizations interested in having a table at the Summer Camp Expo should click the "Register Now" button after reading the information below.

  • The event is advertised as open to the entire District 181 community. District 181 families (PreK through Grade 8) are the primary attendees, however many families have a high school aged student and event advertising materials are sent to the local high school and to local media.
  • Parents are invited to bring their children to the event.
  • The event is intended to feature summer camps and summer programming. Organizations with such offerings are given the first opportunity to reserve a table. Tutors may reserve a table beginning February 5, if space is available.
  • Vendors may arrive to Prospect School beginning at 5pm on Thursday, March 8. Table setup must be complete by 5:45pm.
  • The registration form asks for a description of any items you are planning to make available to attendees aside from published materials (i.e. food and swag items), as well as information on any special setup you are planning aside from standard displays. This information must be submitted to be an approved Expo vendor.
  • The event concludes at 8:30pm. A representative from your organization must be stationed at the table for the duration of the event.
  • Organizations that cannot attend the event but wish to have their materials displayed and information included in the program must complete the registration process.
  • Organizations who are confirmed attendees are invited to help advertise the event to local families and share that they are participating in the event. Organizations with an official Twitter handle are encouraged to reference the District via the Twitter handle @CCSD181 and reference the D181 Foundation via the handle @D181Foundation.
We look forward to welcoming you to Prospect School on Thursday, March 8!
