Workshop #1 - Kauai County

E KOMO MAI!

We invite you to attend a series of three workshops we are conducting in all four Counties throughout Hawaii.  These workshops are designed to assist our community in connecting with the APEC member economies for mutual long-term economic benefit.

Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, or APEC, is a 21-member association of economies from the Asia-Pacific region working together to advance regional economic integration and prosperity.  APEC is comprised of 21 member economies, including Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, the Republic of the Philippines, The Russian Federation, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, The United States and Vietnam.

Enterprise Honolulu and the Kauai Economic Development Board are hosting a series of FREE workshops about how APEC can be the catalyst to expand your business into new markets. Pre-event reservations are required to participate.

Workshop #1:   Representatives from Enterprise Honolulu and the Counties’ Economic Development Associations will share more about the basics of how workshop participants can connect with key partner opportunities in APEC member countries.

Workshop #2:  Workshop participants will receive training on how to identify and share the benefits of business alliances through key language empowerment training to engage potential customers and partners.

Workshop #3:  Key representatives will help workshop participants identify potential opportunities in different APEC member nations using an internet based connection solution software program, as well as share how to prepare your business so as to take advantage of these opportunities.
