London's iconic live music & jazz venue 606 Club partners with Chelsea Theatre on Kings Road to present a series of Sunday early evening pop up events in the theatre's intimate café space.
Luna Cohen, originally from Belo Horizonte Brazil, is a singer who is currently active on the world music & jazz scenes of both London & Barcelona. She has released three albums under her own name, all for the well known Spanish independent label Temps Record. Her debut album, "Estrada do Sol", received the 2013 Enderrock award for Best New Jazz Album.
Joining Luna on guitar is 21 year old musician Rob Luft, praised by The Times for his recent performances with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra (NYJO) at Ronnie Scott’s and tipped ‘to achieve great things in the future’. Other concert highlights include performing at The Royal Albert Hall as part of the 2012 BBC Proms, a 2014 London Jazz Festival appearance at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, as well as various performances with artists including Loose Tubes, Django Bates, Gregory Porter, The Hamish Stuart Band, Liane Carroll, Mark Lockheart & Stan Sulzmann.
