Tergar Meditation Group Opening Night

With Dr. Richard Davidson & Matthieu Ricard

Please join us for the opening night of our weekly meditation group. We are honored to host Dr. Richard J. Davidson, one of the world's leading experts in the scientific exploration of contemplative practices, for this special evening. In addition to our regularly scheduled group meditation practice, Dr. Davidson will talk about the practice of meditation and his work studying its effects on the brain, body, and mind.

Please note: Matthieu Ricard, who was originally scheduled to join us, will be unable to attend due to the passing of Trulshik Rinpoche, one of his main teachers.
