Please join us for the next CGIA Best Practices Forum: Attracting and Retaining Employees, hosted by Ingalls Shipbuilding, as we discuss how to attract and retain the best employees the Gulf Region has to offer. 

What does it mean to reach out and hire the best candidates? How do we keep those employees long term? Hear from CGIA member companies and the Construction Industry Institute (CII) as we explore and discuss these topics together.

Come hear from Dr. Tim Taylor from the University of Kentucky Construction Industry Institute, who will represent CII and discuss RT-231 research results on the benefits that training has on employee retention. We will also hear from Ingalls Shipbuilding's Manager of Talent Acquisition, Fred Howell, who will share their initiative, “Veteran Hiring, Simply Good Business."
