2017 WAPL Invitational Golf Tournament 

The 2017 WAPL Invitational Golf Tournament will be held at The Powder Horn Golf Club in Sheridan, Wyoming on Friday, August 4th, 2017.  The Powder Horn Golf Club is a 27-hole championship golf course and has been named by Golfweek Magazine as one of America's Top 100 Modern Golf Courses.  

The entry fee is $175.00 for WAPL members and $250.00 for non-members.  This includes a tee prize, green fees, cart, lunch, refreshments, banquet dinner, awards, raffle and pin prizes.  Non-golfers, spouses or guests may register for the cocktail party or the dinner by clicking here.  All awards, door and pin prizes will be awarded at the banquet dinner that will be at The Powder Horn Clubhouse following the tournament.  

On Friday, check-in will be at 7:30am for the 8:00am tee times, and check-in will be at 12:30pm for the 1:30pm tee times.  Please make sure you have checked your preferred tee time and we will try to accommodate. However, only 12 teams will be allowed in the morning slot, and once the times have been scheduled; the team captains with the early tee time will be notified via email.  Lunch is provided for each player.  The format is a four person select-your-own-team scramble.  If needed, the Golf Committee will place singles or partial groups with others to form a four-person team.

ALL TEAMS NEED AT LEAST TWO WAPL MEMBERS.  On Thursday, a block of tee times has been reserved for WAPL Golf Tournament participants to plan individual practice rounds.  You can call The Powder Horn at (307)672-5323 to make reservations.

RULES OF GOLF

The WAPL Golf Committee must approve all entries.
Please - no kids under 18 years of age.
Shirts with collars, no steel spikes.
Speed of play is very important for everyone's enjoyment.
No phone reservations or walk-ins will be accepted.

RULES OF DINNER

Appropriate dress required - same as golf course.
Please - no kids under 18 years of age.

Rooms have been blocked under "WAPL" at the following hotels for 2017 Invitational golfers.

These rooms must be booked by July 15, 2017 to guarantee your room and price.
