Residential Landlord Workshop                              Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Part 1)

The purpose of this seminar is to summarise the requirements brought in by the Housing Act 2004 regarding deposits.  The seminar will outline the requirements to invest the deposit, timescales and advise on where the deposit can be invested, it will also discuss how to get the deposit back at the end of the tenancy.

This workshop will also highlight the pitfalls of failing to invest the deposit and the penalties the Courts can impose.

Many people are now investing in property instead of pensions.  If you have bought a buy to let property, inherited a property with sitting tenants or have been a landlord for many years, these short 1½hr breakfast seminars are a must.  Each workshop will give you detailed guidance from a specialist solicitor who is involved with these types of issues on a day-to-day basis.

We limit these workshops to a maximum of 10 attendees to ensure that everyone gets one-to-one support.  We will also provide a session at the end answering any questions specific to your own issues. All you need to do is let us know your question beforehand and we will answer it on the day.

Run by our Specialist Solicitor Rebecca Brough and only charged at £15 per person, they are an ideal opportunity to ensure that you as a landlord, are fully aware of the procedures.
