About Our Presenters & Compass Consulting Agency

Derek Hill:
Derek is a senior at Plymouth State University studying Small Business and Entrepreneurship, with a Certificate in Professional Sales. Originally from Ellington, Connecticut, Derek left his hometown in 2014 to pursue his degree at the foot of the White Mountain National Forest. He chose Plymouth State University because of his life-long passion for skiing. Skiing since the age of two years old, a school so close to over a dozen ski resorts was a perfect fit for him. Upon graduation he plans to return to Ellington to work for his father’s manufacturing company, Syn-Mar Products, Inc.

Kylee Drew:
Kylee is currently a junior at Plymouth State University with a major in Strategic Marketing and a Certificate in Professional Sales. She is also one of few members on the Plymouth State Competitive Sales Team. In her spare time, she does countless hours of community service, and competes in the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program affiliated with the Miss America Organization. She has a strong background in dance and loves to snowboard. She chose Plymouth State University because of the excellent business program, the interactive community, and of course the beautiful scenery.
