Important pre-registration information:

• The cost of the conference is $1500. (You may add a maximum of 6 guests for an additional fee of $100 per participant.)
• A $500 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Deposit can be paid by check or online. (You will be sent a link in your confirmation email that will direct you to the pay online option). Any remaining balance is due September 12, 2018.
