October 2014 Office Manager Roundtable Meeting
Please join us for a special medical education meeting at our quarterly office manager roundtable meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 11:30 at Cotton Row. Lunch provided. MCMS meeting open to MCMS Member Physicians and Practice Administrators. Limited seating. This program will be repeated at 5:30pm.
Dr. James Barr, Family Physician, Chief Medical Officer for both Optimus Healthcare Partners ACO and the Atlantic ACO, will be speaking, presented by Merck.
Learning Objectives:
- Present evidence about the challenges to the current health care system in regard to chronic care management.
- Present chronic care models and initiatives intended to help improve quality in the current health care system.
- Introduce CCM, PCMH, and ACOs and discuss how, together, they are promoting quality improvements.
