15th Anniversary Celebration, 1996-2011 

Join us as we celebrate 15 years of excellence at The Center for Rural Development.  Special guest speaker will be U.S. Congressman Harold "Hal" Rogers (KY-05).  Lunch and entertainment will be provided along with a special video highlighting the past, present and future of The Center. 

Regional awards will be presented to individuals who exempify The Center's mission to provide leadership that stimulates innovative and sustainable economic development solutions and a better way of life for the citizens we serve.

Arts and Culture Award Winner:  Peggy Sherry, Sheltowee Artisian

Community Service/Leadership Award Winners:  Blake Adams and Victoria Rose 2009 Rogers Scholars Graduates

Technology Award WInner:  Brent Graden, City of Prestonsburg

Strategic Partner Award Winner:  Eastern Kentucky University

Public Service Award WInner:  Dr. Lee Todd, former President of the University of Kentucky
