Baton Rouge is lucky to have a seasoned professional at the helm of the EBR Parish Planning Department. He spoke to our group a few months after coming on board from Virginia. He has tackled many issues in planning and zoning and hasn’t backed away from controversy in moving Baton Rouge in a more progressive direction.

At our May 15^th IFMA meeting he will speak about changes to the Unified Development Code that impact our community as we cope with growth, impacts of flooding and increasing development.
