Healthy relationships are the cornerstone of nearly all human endeavors. Thriving organizations are built on both a foundation of supportive professional relationships and a commitment to providing excellent service.

This training highlights the role that every team member can play in building these traits into their organization’s culture, one interaction at a time, while at the same time ensuring safety, belonging, and quality of care for both those who provide and those who receive services. This training will examine the role of professional services in organizations and communities and highlight strategies for preventing harassment, intimidation, and bullying. It will also discuss ways to sustain a positive working climate, methods for effective team and client communication, and strategies for providing excellent and consistent customer service.
