Celebrating Home & Community

Home is the foundational building block of the community. At the Housing Trust Fund of Santa Barbara County the concept of home is so much more than just housing. A home can be represented as a space of your own, where we feel safe, comfortable and can be ourselves. It is also a sense of place, where we feel we belong. When each individual’s ‘home building block’ is created, we can then build and weave together the rich fabric of the community at large. Once we have our individual home secured, we are able to connect with, share, serve, and support other members of our community and participate in our community’s diverse cultural, civic, and spiritual activities.

Please join us for a fun evening of community celebration and appreciation where we will experience the weaving of community through:

• Door Prize Raffle from Local Organizations
• Locally crafted hors d'oeuvres from Fresco's Cafe
• Beer & Wine, Soft drinks
• Local Live Music by David Tovar
• Fun Photo Booth: be a housing 'star'
• Community Building Games
• Sharing words of appreciation to our funders, community partners and residents who have benefited from our programs.
