2018 ANOHC Member Meeting

Registration is open for ANOHC's 2018 Member Meeting! When you register for the meeting, you also will renew your state's membership in ANOHC.
- The annual meeting will be Sunday, April 15 from 1:30 to 5:30 pm at the Louisville Marriott Downtown.
- The member dinner will be Monday, April 16 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at a local restaurant named Bourbon Raw (www.bourbonraw.com).
When you pay your member dues, you can register any number of coalition members to attend the meeting on April 15. Your membership dues include two reservations at the April 16 dinner. You can add more coalition members to the dinner reservation by paying an additional $40 per person.
ANOHC member dues help support our listserv, website, and infrastructure as we strengthen the organization to be responsive to our mission to improve oral health by supporting strong, broad-based coalitions that leverage sound health care system change.
The dues structure is based on your coalition's annual operating budget and must be paid by April 13th. You must complete this online form and remit a dues payment in order to participate in the April meeting.
