International Spy Camp - Europe
(July 10 - July 14)
In I.S.C. Europe, spy recruits will focus on three significant languages spoken in Europe - French, German, and Italian! They will learn about the languages, cultures, and geography of these regions as they perfect the spy craft necessary to be successful international operatives. They will receive briefings and training activities in such topics as navigation, top secret covers, surveillance, food tastings, and regional / local norms! T-shirt is included. Lunch is NOT included. (For ages 8-12)

International Spy Camp - Americas
(July 17 - July 21)
NEW THIS YEAR, in I.S.C. Americas, recruits will be focused on the Western Hemisphere, preparing for a possible mission that includes North and South America. They will learn about the 3 dominant foreign languages - Spanish, French, and Portuguese - and the cultures and geography of numerous countries. They will receive briefings and training activities in such topics as navigation, top secret covers, surveillance, food tastings, and regional / local norms! T-shirt included. Lunch is NOT included. (For ages 8-12)

(July 24 - July 28)
In I.S.C. Asia, recruits will focus on four or more languages spoken in Asia - including Chinese,Japanese,Arabic and Hindi! They will learn about the languages, cultures, and geography of these regions as they perfect the spy craft necessary to be successful international operatives. They will receive briefings and training activities in such topics as navigation, top secret covers, surveillance, food tastings, and regional / local norms! T-shirt included. Lunch is NOT included. (For ages 8-12)

2023 Summer Camps
We're thrilled to offer globally-curious Louisvillians ages 6-12 another summer filled with world languages, art, cuisine, filmmaking and broadcasting, geography, pirates, spy craft and more! Take a look at the many adventures below. There's something for every little world citizen this summer.
Don't forget your PARENT TAKE-HOME BOXES! Really, how else will you taste any of food that your little chef creates? We know from experience...you won't! Reserve your samples when you register your child for a cooking camp.
Los Artistas Camp (June 19 - June 23)
Full-day camp: 9 am - 4:00 pm. (pick up as late as 4:30 pm). This popular camp explores Latin America and the Spanish language through its arts! Campers will learn language and history by engaging in Latin American cultural activities like painting, singing and dancing, cooking, and literature! Camp T-shirt included. Lunch NOT included. (For ages 6-10)
Le Film Français - International Movie Makers (June 19 - June 23)
Full-day camp, 5 days, 9 am - 4 pm. (pick up as late as 4:30pm). This exciting multimedia camp simulates the world of French filmmaking while exposing campers to the French language. By the end, campers will have proudly contributed to a cinematic masterpiece in front of and behind the camera! Parents are invited to the Red Carpet Premiere on the final day of camp. Camp T-shirt is included. Lunch is NOT included. (For ages 8-12)
GNN Global Broadcasters (June 26 - June 30)
Full-day camp, 5 days, 9 am - 4 pm. (pick up as late as 4:30pm). New last year, this multimedia camp thrusts the campers into the current events around the globe. They learn about language, culture, and geography through their live reporting of actual events! They might be reporting weather patterns in Italy or political turmoil in South America or a human interest story in Japan. Campers experience all aspects of broadcasting. Camp T-shirt is included. Spanish Cooking Camp (June 26 - June 30)
Full-day camp: 9 am - 4:00 pm. (pick up as late as 4:30 pm). One of our most popular camps, children discover one of the most famous aspects of Latin America - their food! There is no more effective way to learn a second language than through experience and this camp let's kids create daily delights! Chef apron and lunch are included with this camp. Many new recipes this year! (For ages 6-10)
Los Piratas - Pirate Adventure! (July 5 - July 7)
Full-day camp, NOTE: 3 days: 9 am - 4:00 pm. (pick up as late as 4:30 pm). This camp takes campers on their own pirate adventure! As part of a Spanish-speaking crew, the young Piratas will explore not only the Spanish language, but also Latin American culture and geography. Instead of swabbing decks, the piratas will be making their own pirate hats and scruffy outfits, defending their pirate ship, and trying to find X on the treasure map! Camp T-shirt included. Lunch NOT included. (For ages 6-10)
Italian Cooking Camp (July 3, 5- July 7)
Full Day Camp, NOTE: 4 Days. One of our most popular cooking camps! Chefs will create i loro piatti preferiti (their favorites) and discover some new Italian dishes in this camp - and enjoy the fruits of their labor. They will also learn about their Italian ingredients, Italy, the culinary regions of Italy and of course the Italiano language! Chef aprons and lunch are included with this camp. (For ages 6-10)
French Cooking Camp (July 10 - July 14)
Full-day camp: 9 am - 4:00 pm. (pick up as late as 4:30 pm). Discover the rich culture of France through this exciting and highly interactive camp. Each day new vocabulary is learned and new culinary creations are made and eaten! Chef aprons AND lunch are included with this camp. Many new recipes this year! (For ages 6-10)
European Cooking Camp (July 17 - July 21)
Expanding on our popular French and Spanish Cooking Camps, this camp will explore other European tastes, including French, German, Italian, Spain, and More! Little chefs will be exposed to the language, culture, and tastes of these countries and prepare and eat their own dishes! Chef apron and lunch are included with this camp. Many new recipes this year! (For ages 6-10)
Asian Cooking Camp (July 24 - July 28)
The Far East culinary chefs will explore the tastes and techniques found in Asia and the Far East. Campers will be exposed to the language, culture, and tastes of regions including China, Japan, Middle East, and India, and prepare and eat their own dishes! Chef aprons and lunch are included with this camp. Many new recipes this year! (For ages 6-10)
