2016 Fall Meeting - September 24, 2016 - St. Louis College of Pharmacy

Goal of the Program
The overall goal of this activity is to improve patient care by increasing competence of practitioners via an improved knowledge base and improved clinical performance in selecting appropriate diagnostic tests and effective drug and interventional therapies. Specifically, we anticipate that the knowledge gained by participants will improve provider performance and patient outcomes in several key areas including pharmacy management, career development, and clinical practice.

Target Audience
The Missiouri Society of Health-System Pharmacists Annual Clinical Meeting is devoted to the advancement of health-system pharmacy education for all pharmacists, residents, students, and technicians in the State of Missouri. The meeting provides opportunities for immediate application and idea exchange through cutting-edge programming and networking opportunities such as Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings. All healthcare professionals engaged in the care of patients in the health-system will find this meeting to be an educational experience that positively impacts daily practice.

Accreditation
St. Louis College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Pharmacists participating in this program can receive up to 5.0 contact hours (0.5 CEU) of knowledge-based continuing pharmacy education. Confirmation of attendance will be sent by St. Louis College of Pharmacy on behalf of participants to the NABP through the CPE Monitor system. Onsite evaluations for each session will be provided. Participants must complete and submit an evaluation for each session attended.

Cancellations
