FF2014 - Carson Demers - KnittRx

Knitting is not a “no pain, no gain” activity. Yet many of us take better care of our favorite stash fiber than we do the fibers that allow us to knit—our bodies. Tired muscles, sore joints, and aching backs and necks needlessly plague too many knitters. This class will teach you fun ways of “fiber care” for the most important project you make—YOU!  Don’t let the preventable keep you from doing what you love. Knit on, safely and comfortably!

Students will be working on StevenBe's newest Spring creation, the "Springtime in Manhattan Cowl" as Carson guides your ergonomics. NEW Pattern is included with your class.

Materials:

 - 2 to 3 skeins of Quince & Co. Sparrow (100% linen) for a colorful creation

 - US 6 or 7, 32" circular. We recommend the expert tip and ergonomics of Square needles.

Students are asked to bring materials to take notes if they wish to do so.

Class is suitable for all levels of knitting experience.
