RMNASTT Classroom & Site Visit Event

The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the North American Society for Trenchless technology (RMNASTT) is excited to invite you to a project site tour on March 9, 2018 of the North Davis Sewer District’s Master Plan Project 2A and 2B featuring guided tunnel installation and Ultraviolet Cured-in- Place Pipe.

This educational opportunity is will offer a presentation that discusses why the trenchless methods chosen for this project are the most suitable for the North Davis Sewer District.

Presenters of the presentation will cover:

1. Public Outreach and Project coordination – The Langdon Group JUB Engineering
2. Overall project design – Brown and Caldwell
3. Tunnel method overview – Lithos Engineering
4. Final tunnel installation method selection and tunnel site tour – BT Construction
5. Pipe Rehabilitation overview and demonstration. C&L Water Solutions

10:00 to 11:15 - Short Walk to the Field Project Site Visit

1. Installation of a 350 ft, 48-inch steel casing pipe below I-15 and railroad tracks
2. Field demonstration of Ultra violet Cured-in- Place Pipe 

11:15 to 12:00 - Lunch and Networking
