This introduction to Kids at Hope will give you a strong understanding of the basics of Kids at Hope and will enhance your experience in the Master's Institute.

Growth Mindset is defined as the understanding that abilities and intellegence can be developed.Eduardo is the Co-Founder & CEO of Mindset Works along with Dr. Carol Dweck, Stanford researcher and author who discovered the new psychology of success. He co-founded it in 2007 to help people and organizations develop learning-oriented cultures and systems. He has spoken at numerous conferences, delivered two popular TEDx talks, and has been featured on prominent media outlets.

Bob is the Director of Behavioral Sciences for the Family Practice Residency Program at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and a faculty member with the UCLA School of Medicine. His work as a clinical psychologist has resulted in the development of an extensive series of programs designed to meet the challenges of building and sustaining our excellence and well-being.
