Please note that due to a limited amount of time for lunch on Thursday, we will be offering a catered lunch for a small fee of $7 per person. If you choose not to participate, please bring your own lunch. Cash payment will be accepted at the registration table.
Sleeping rooms are blocked at the Embassy Suites for $120.00 per night (April 4th and 5th). PLEASE NOTE: If you want to make reservations for dates up to 3 days prior to or after April 4th and 5th and receive the room rate of $120, you will need to speak with Group Sales at the hotel, which can be reached by calling 813-875-1555 and choosing option 3 in the recorded menu.

This hotel includes free self-parking, free breakfast, and complimentary evening reception. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations! Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. To ensure you receive this room rate, reservations should be made by March 14, 2018.
