You're invited to join other SeaVee owners and their families on the getaway of a lifetime. SeaVee's Bimini Bash is back, bigger and better. Enjoy the luxurious accommodations and first class food and service at  the Bimini Bay Resort and Marina. Take in  Bimini's azure waters and white sand beaches while connecting with other SeaVee owners and reconnecting with your loved ones. With a laid back schedule for both adults and youngsters, there is something for everyone.

TUESDAY JULY 10, 2012

Fat Tuesday Registration Meeting 5:00 – 8:00 PM
A family member or representative of each participating group must attend the orientation meeting. The captain's bags, t-shirts and important event information will be distributed at this time. Meeting location is Sea Vee headquarters - 6900 NW 77th Court, Miami

THURSDAY JULY 19, 2012 - Arrival in Bimini
Boudreaux’s Welcome Ashore Krewe will be ready to assist you upon arrival

8:00 PM - Reception
The Big Easy Reception kicks off the Mardi Gras Festival. Bring some your favorite Cajun dishes to share with your friends. Don't forget some beverages to soothe the palate after all dose spices!

10:00 PM - Dock Party
Bourbon Street Dock Party. This is where the adults hang out for some good tunes and spirits. Leave da little ones tucked in bed for this jam session.

FRIDAY JULY 20, 2012

10:00 AM - Kids Fishing Tournament
Cajun Kids Fishing Tournament. Bring da chiren so we can see what dey can catch. Da fisherchiren will be recognized by da King at the Ball.

Noon - Bar-b-que at Honeymoon Harbor
Escape from da Bayou Cruise. Cool off as you navigate to dose nice waters with da sugary white sand and da flat fish swimming around. Honeymoon Harbor.

SATURDAY JULY 21, 2012

11:00 AM - Hunt for Treasure
Doubloons Scavenger Hunt.

4:00 PM - Golf Cart Parade
Krewe of Orpheus Golf Cart Parade. Show off your decorated Mardi Gras golf cart. Most attractive, interesting and outrageous carts will be recognized at the King's Ball.  

8:00 PM - Awards Banquet

Bimini Bash Fishing Tournament

The fishing tournament portion of the Bash is ongoing throughout the entire weekend. If you make a great catch, bring it down to the weigh-in at the Mega Yacht Marina. The weigh station will be manned Thursday 3pm -5pm, Friday 6pm - 8pm, and Saturday 3pm - 5pm. Eligble fish are dolphin, grouper, snapper, and kingfish. Winners will be recognized at the King's Ball.

Daily Dockage - $2.00 per foot

Water - $0.45 per gallon

Daily Electric - $15.00 for vessels 39’ & below - $20.00 for vessels from 40’ – 49’

2012 marina rates are subject to a 5% marina fee.  

Booking Your Bimini Bash Trip

Select your lodging preference and calculate your dockage fee if applicable. Then contact Bimini Bay TOLL-FREE 888-891-2263 | HOTEL 242-347-2900 to make your reservations. Make sure that you tell the reservation agent that you are participating in the 2012 Sea Vee Bimini Bash to ensure that you receive your discounted rate and Bahamas tournament credit (if you are the registered boat owner).

Very important! Click on the "Register Now" link above to register you and your guests with Sea Vee. This is an important step as t-shirts, captain's bags, party favors, food and beverages quanities are calculated based upon your registering. There is a $100 per person fee which can be paid online with a credit card.

Make sure that you complete your reservations AND registration by Friday June 30, 2012 as rooms are limited. The sooner you make your bookings, the greater the likelihood that your preferred room and dockage will be available. Properly registered boat owners can qualify for the Bahamas fishing tournament credit of $300 by presenting your vessels clearance documentation to the Bimini Bay reservations desk upon arrival. The credit conveniently posts to your hotel folio. Limit one credit per registered boat owner with proper documentation.

Lastly, make sure that you, or a representaive of your travel party attends the Sea Vee Fat Tuesday orientation on Tuesday, July 10, 2012. The captain's bags will be distributed and important last minute details will be discussed.
