Please join us and other Sea Vee owners, along with their families and friends, for a great island getaway. Sea Vee's Bimini Bash is back this July!  Make the short 50 mile crossing and then experience the comfortable accommodations, and the many amenities of Resort World Bimini. Surround yourself in Bimini's azure waters and sugary white sand beaches while you share your passion for the boating life style with other Sea Vee owners. We've designed the schedule of events to give you a great island experience with lots of quality time to enjoy with your family and friends.

TUESDAY JULY 7, 2015 

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Bash Registration Meeting
A family member or representative of each participating group must attend the orientation meeting, which takes just a few minutes. THE FIRST PLAYING CARD, captain's bags, t-shirts and important last minute event information will be distributed at this time. Those wishing to cross to Bimini in the company of others can use this opportunity to make arrangements with other guests to do so. Meeting location is Sea Vee headquarters - 6900 NW 77th Court, Miami

THURSDAY JULY 16, 2015 - Arrival in Bimini
Welcome Ashore Krewe will be ready to assist you upon arrival

Welcome Reception - BEACH CLUB PAVILION
We'll celebrate your arrival with live music by the island favorte Prime Time band as we light the bonfire on the beach. The beach pavilion will be in full operation with an open bar and tasty hors d'oeuvres as you enjoy the island sounds and sights of Bimini. Bring your favorite dish to share with your new friends for the pot luck. There will be special recognition for those who bring the tastiest treats! Guests will receive another playing card. Guests bringing pot luck dishes will receive an additional playing card. 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

FRIDAY JULY 17, 2015

BBQ at Honeymoon Harbour - Depart from the Mega Yacht Marina
Join us for a run to beautiful Honeymoon Harbour where you'll throw your anchor in the shallow waters of this secluded tropical oasis. Our grill chefs will have great barbecue waiting for you on the beach.  Don't forget to bring some bait if you want to feed the docile stingrays that make Honeymoon Harbour their home. Guests receive a playing card. Noon - 4 pm

Havana Nights Poker & Dominoes Gaming - CASINO PAVILION
Put on your best poker face and play the game while you enjoy complimentary cigars, Mojitos and Cuba Libres. Delicious Cuban sandwiches will be served. Domino tables will also be up and running for all those who prefer this fun and easy to play game. This is your chance to win additional playing cards!  9 pm - 11 pm

SATURDAY JULY 18, 2015

Kids Fishing Clinic & Tournament - Location Announced at Reception
Bring all the kids so we can see what they can catch. They'll get hands on training to rig their own tackle. All participating kids receive their own rod & reel to use and keep! Awards will be presented at the banquet. Participants receive a playing card. 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Farewell Banquet - GLASS PAVILION
Cocktails followed by an exquisite buffet dinner awaits you as you share stories of your island adventure with family and friends. The awards ceremony then begins with recognition of the top bash participants. All guests will present their best poker hand from the playing cards that they earned throuhout the event. The best poker hand wins the grand prize of a weekend stay at World Resorts Bimini. 8:00 pm

Bimini Bash Fishing Tournament

The fishing tournament portion of the Bash is ongoing throughout the entire weekend. If you make a great catch, bring it down to the weigh-in at the Mega Yacht Marina. The weigh station will be manned Thursday 3pm -5pm, Friday 6pm - 8pm, and Saturday 3pm - 5pm. Eligble fish are dolphin, grouper, snapper, and kingfish. Winners will be recognized at the awards banquet.

Event Fee and Special Bimini Bash Discounted Lodging Rates

The event fee is $195 for adults and $125 for children 16 - 7 years old. Children 6 years old and younger are free. The fee includes all meals, beverages, captain's bag, t-shirt, prizes and entertainment detailed in the schedule of events.

A limited number of discounted rooms have been blocked for this event. Nightly dicounted rates range from $167 for a luxury studio garden view suite to $503 for a luxury 3 bedroom garden view suite. Other properties may be available so please make sure to ask at the time of booking if you're interested.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. All rooms subject to 13.5% tax. A resort fee of $12.90 per adult and $6.45 per child will be added to the above rate. 72 hour cancellation policy applies (for full refund). Limited availability. Lodging will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. A sellout is anticipated. Make your reservations early!

Dockage Fees

Daily Dockage - $3.50 per foot

Water - $0.45 per gallon

Daily Electric - $0.60 per KW/Hour

2015 marina rates are subject to a $12.90 per boat per day resort fee.  

 Booking Your Bimini Bash Trip

Booking your Bimini Bash getaway is a simple 4 step process.

Step 1 - Select your lodging preference then contact the associate sales director of Resort World Bimini, VERONICA BOLANOS, at 305-374-6664 Ext. 2553  to make your lodging reservations. You can also reach her at her mobile number 786-606-0716. Make sure that you give her the rate plan code: "GSEAV15" to receive your discounted Sea Vee rate. Step 2 - Contact the Bimini Resort World Marina directly at 305-374-6664 Ext. 1035/1036 or 1-242-347-6031 to reserve your dock space. You can also contact the marina via email at marina@rwbimini.com. Remember to make golf cart reservations when booking your lodging and dock space. Try contacting Elite Golf Cart Rentals 242-473-8125. Other companies are also available.

Step 3 - Click on the "Register Now" link above to register you and your guests with Sea Vee. This is an important step as t-shirts, captain's bags, party favors, food and beverage quanities are calculated based upon your registering. The event fee can conveniently paid online with a credit card.

Step 4 - Attend the orientation meeting on Tuesday July 7th to recieve your captain's bag and inportant last minute information.

A sellout is anticiapted. Make sure that you complete your lodging, dockage and golf cart reservations as soon as possible to best ensure that your preferred room and dock space is available. Remember, that you'll be communicating with people operating on 'island time' so please be patient. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy in effect, so you can cancel your reservations without penality up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival date.
