Persons cancelling less than 5 business days prior to the training will be responsible for the tuition, but may send a substitute.
ESPS reserves the right to cancel a course up to 7 days prior to class date if there is low interest.
In the case of cancellation, ESPS will fully refund the registration fee in the manner that it was paid or transfer students' registration to another class.
