Moving to a Complete Streets Design Model:Federal Opportunities

Join ILITE for an in-person webinar viewing of "Moving to a Complete Streets Design Model" at Stanley Consultants. Refreshments will be served.

With the late 2021 passage of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), this webinar will provide timely information on the current FHWA efforts to advance Complete Streets implementations nationwide. Learning Objectives:

  • List the safety guidelines and objectives that underscore the basis for Complete Streets designs.
  • Recognize the benefits of design models that are inclusive of all modes.
  • Explain the new funding program opportunities that are available for Complete Streets implementations, including Safe Streets for All ($5-6 billion in grants over the next five years). Highway Safety Improvement Program and others.
