Polish Heritage "Festival of Soup" Celebration

You’ll sample Polish “kapuśniak” soup made with fresh cabbage, sauerkraut, and vegetables in a beefy-tomato broth. Then blend finely chopped dill pickle soup with lots of seasonings in chicken broth to make a flavorfully good soup - known as “chlopska”. The final recipe is a Polish Beet Soup, “Barszcz” or Borscht a delicious vegetable soup.
