Please join us for this series of five interactive workshops to empower you to help you grow your business.These workshops are geared for small business owners and managers and will cover:

- managing operations and strategic planning/goals setting.
A variety of guest presenters will be bringing you expertise and resources on each of the topic areas. You'll learn tips and strategies to improve your business.
The Simple Steps for Growing Your Business is an interactive program providing you, the small business owner and manager with the knowledge and tools you need to analyze, assess, and grow your venture. These workshops will help you discover potential growth areas and develop customized strategies with the help of SCORE mentors.

Managing Your Time, People & Resources
In this module, you’ll be encouraged to take a close look at your company to evaluate where your business might be weak and use this knowledge to determine if additional staff is necessary or if tasks should be outsourced to external resources to help achieve your goals.
Marketing Your Business
This workshop provides you with marketing communication methods and tools to maximize your customer reach and retention. Topics include identification of your marketing goals and the tactics to customize your go to market plan.
Growing Your Sales
A constant goal of every business owner is increasing sales. This workshop will help you identify strategies to do just that.
Financial Management
By the end of this session, you’ll have a better understanding of financial concepts which will you make better decisions for your businesses.
Managing Operations
This final session you will learn more about effectively operating your business for profitability. It will introduce you to new ways of viewing operational performance data so you can instantly know the status of the key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive your business’s success.
You’ll also have a great opportunity to connect with other entrepreneurs, share experiences and expand your network. Each participant gains access to all the SCORE materials used in this series along with the full complement of SCORE business development tools and templates to make running your business as efficient as possible.
