The Tax Act and Jobs Act was signed into law on December 22, 2017. As approved by Congress the act impacts virtually every individual and business on a level not seen in 30 years. This presentation will talk about the winners and losers under the legislation. We will discuss the lower income tax rates for all and the repeal or reduction of many tax deductions and credits as well as enhanced child credit provisions and greater business expensing. The bill also impacts the Affordable Care Act.
