Overview / Brief Description
Business Analysts play a key role on project teams, but when adopting agile software development it’s often unclear how to best use the skills of a Business Analyst. This session will discuss key skills and tools that agile BA’s often use. These will be aligned with the approach used in typical agile software development methods such as Scrum and Kanban, and best practices for maximizing BA effectiveness will be offered. You'll find ideas for improving teamwork and new ways to apply BA techniques, even in non-agile workflows and environments.
