Oregon Cattlemen's Association Midyear 2017 Tradeshow & Sponsorship Opportunities 

Please join us for our 2017 Oregon Cattlemen's Association Midyear event as either a sponsor or a tradeshow vendor! We are excited to bring our members to the exciting and authentic western cowboy town of Pendleton, Oregon Wednesday, May 31st through Friday, June 2nd, at the Wildhorse Casino and Resort!

Dear Potential Sponsor or Tradeshow Attendee,

We are excited about the continued increase in consumer engagement that our Oregon Cattlemen's Association events have had over the past two years. We have filled our Midyear and Annual Convention Tradeshows with the maximum numbers for the last two years! With that being said, we only have 30 availabilities for our 2017 Midyear event, make sure to get registered early to guarantee that you have your spot reserved! 

This year, we will be holding our Midyear event at the Wildhorse Casino and Resort in Pendleton, Oregon from Wednesday, May 31st to Friday, June 2nd. The town of Pendleton is an authentic cowboy town and we are excited to be in this venue with all of the unique opportunities it has to offer! 

It is our pleasure to invite you to be a 2017 partner through a variety of options. 

You or your business can sponsor a coffee break, a meal, or simply sponsor the whole event! 

Our tradeshow, which runs the length of the Midyear event, creates unique opportunities for our partners to engage with attending OCA members. Any sponosrship level you may consider invites you to bring your product or business and display it at a booth during our event. 

As a part of your sponsorship you will receive 5 drink tickets to be used for the event, a special thank you in the Oregon Cattleman Magazine (our new magazine), logo listed on the website, logo printed on the program, logo on the event screen, and your company name listed on the registration. 

Each sponsor gets an automatic trade show place if they so choose. Each trade show space gets one complimentary registration for a representative.
