In the midst of our amazing, difficult and tragic work, we can continue to support child and adult survivors of domestic violoence if we take care of ourselves. Join Cathy Alexander and Sonia Ferencik in a day celebrating the passion for your service. You'll learn about fostering your own hope and personal resiliency by reviewing how the mind, body and spirit are strengthened with awareness, connection and movement. You will be moving, sharing and creating your personal path to staying emotionally and physically healthy as you bring your "A" game to work every day.
