Registration Fee
The registration fee is $75 per attendee. Payment is due upon registration either by cheque or credit card. Refund of registration is available only for cancellations received by October 13th, 2017. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after that date.

Description of Event
This symposium will focus on the ultimate goal of providing information regarding excellence in stroke care across the continuum from the most recent research and emerging evidence, practical strategies and innovation in areas of health promotion, secondary prevention, acute stroke care, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient/community rehabilitation while maximizing community re-engagement and participation. The event has been especially designed to be educational, interactive and practical in nature, with opportunities for peer networking as well as to view exhibits.
