"Making Every Minute Count"
Interprofessional Perspectives in Stroke Care 

Description of Event

This symposium will focus on the ultimate goal of providing information regarding excellence in stroke care across the continuum from the most recent research and emerging evidence, practical strategies and innovation in areas of health promotion, secondary prevention, acute stroke care, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient/community rehabilitation while maximizing community re-engagement and participation. The event has been especially designed to be educational, interactive and practical in nature, with opportunities for peer networking as well as to view exhibits. We hope you will find the event stimulating, thought-provoking, and enjoyable!
