Intro and Operation of the Apreo C Low Vac SEM

Thermo Scientific and the UofL Micro Nano Technology Center will be hosting a webinar for anyone that would like to learn about our newest acquisition, the Apreo C Low Vac SEM located in the Micro/Nano Technology Center's Huson Lab.

Whether you are wanting to learn the technology basics of this Scanning Electron Microscope or get trained on the operation to get ready to use our new tool for your research needs, this is a webinar you don't want to miss.

Please join us for Applications Training for the University of Louisville Apreo C LoVac system. The training will be conducted over Webex and will consist of two 3-hour sessions:

9:30 – 12:30 EDT (Review of Apreo theory, system hardware, and introduction to xT UI)

1:30 – 4:30 EDT (Optimizing beam settings, scanning strategies, and detector operation)

The sessions will include both PowerPoint presentation and live tool demonstration, and plenty of time will be given for live Q & A.

Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, Thermo Scientific will be offering this webinar online via Webex.
