2019 Northern New England Advocacy & Legislation Conference
Join us on Friday, November 8, 2019 at MaineHealth's Free Street location for Day 2 of a Tri-State conference on advocacy and legislation. Don't miss an opportunity for pediatricians to meet, work with, and learn from community organizations and form partnerships rooted in common goals during this interactive Advocacy Partnerships Fair. We envision that with this collaboration, physicians and community organizations can work together to strengthen their collective voice and influence policy in a coordinated, effective way.
Featured speakers at the conference include Gary Wheeler, MD, MPS, FAAP, Chair, AAP Committee on State Government Affairs and Chief Medical Officer, Arkansas Department of Health; the National AAP CEO Mark Delmonte, JD; the newly appointed Chief Child Health Officer, Maine DHHS, Dr. Amy Belisle; and MaineHealth's Senior Vice President for Community Health, Dr. Dora Ann Mills.
