A View From the Bench 
(Presented by the new Administrative Law Judges at the OAC)
Tuesday, December 9th from 4-5 p.m.

The Workers’ Compensation Law Committee presents an afternoon “meet and greet” with the 4 new ALJ’s at the Office of Administrative Courts:

Michelle Jones, Tanya Light, Sara Oliver and Kimberly Turnbow will each present a personal “View from the Bench,” offering insights and observations about professionalism, courtroom etiquette, handling a hostile witness, avoiding confrontation with opposing counsel during the hearing,  “likes and dislikes” in the presentation of your case, and effective advocacy on behalf of your clients.

The program has been submitted for 1 CLE credit (including 1.0 ethics)
