Driving Directions
Our 6th Software for Domain Experts forum on May 8 explored better ways to reduce the complexity of organisational software projects.
How can we deliver organisational software which is easy to use, satisfies the cybersecurity requirements, without getting overloaded with complexity?
One idea we explored is to develop an intuitive common reference for what the software will do, which can be used by the entire software project team, the customers / users, and which will work throughouth the lifecycle of the software.
This would require modelling of what the organisation does and might need to do, what the software needs to do, what the customers / users do, how the software should be constructed and how it should function.
