Social support is one of the most significant predictors of successfully coping with adversity; however, it is not a unidimensional construct that works the same for all people. There is a goodness-of-fit between support provision and support reception in that different people require different types of support in order for it to be useful.

Refunds will be made ONLY for cancellations received three business days prior to the event. If received less than three days prior to the event, a credit can be issued for use at another program within the next 6 months. If notice of cancellation is not received before the date of the program, no refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE: No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
Class sizes are limited, so register early. Classes with low registrations may be canceled. If the class is canceled or moved, participants will be contacted via email at least 24 hours in advance.
Classes start and end on time. To ensure a quality experience for all, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class to resolve any technical issues. CEU credits will be adjusted 0.25 credit hours for every 15 minutes not in attendance; adjusted certificates will be emailed to participants within 3 business days after the training.
The CEU event will take place at the office of Direction Home of Eastern Ohio during the designated times. Participants must sign in upon arrival and remain at the location for the entirety of the event.
Please note: Certificates will be provided at the event so long as attendance has been verified and evaluation returned. A reminder that, in keeping with licensure board requirements, certificates will be adjusted 0.25 hours for every 15 minutes not in attendance, and attendance will be monitored
