Dr. Mike Evans
Founder of the Health Design Lab at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute, an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Toronto, and staff physician at St. Michael’s Hospital. Dr. Evans is the developer of extremely popular YouTube health videos including: “23 ½ hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?,” “Let’s make our day harder,” and “How to get through a crap week.”
