64th Annual MSRT Business Meeting and Educational Conference 

As of noon on 9/11/19, meals will not be included with your registration. If you are interested in attending the banquet on Thursday, check with the registratio desk that day, as quite often we have extra tickets.

This year, 2019, marks the MSRT's 64th Annual Business Meeting and Educational Conference. Rich in history and full of education and fun, this event will be held September 18-20. As part of our yearly gathering, we conduct the business of the society through a Wednesday luncheon meeting. All members should attend and let their voices be heard on all societal matters! Lunches on Wednesday and Thursday as well as the Thursday evening Past President's Banquet are included in the active member attendee registration.

PLEASE NOTE: if your school will be paying for your registration, please answer yes to the coresponding question on the registration page. DO NOT enter any payment information during the registration process. Select "pay by check" or leave blank and we will be notified that there is a remainder to collect..  

We will offer TWO FULL DAYS (18 and 19th) and ONE HALF DAY (Friday) for a total of 20 CEs for registered technologists. Wednesday, the 19th, we will have a student track from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. Returning this year is a Radiation Therapy track to be held Friday form 7:45 am until noon.

There is a little something for everyone!! Wednesday and Thursday will provide two full days, and Friday will be half day of lectures. That's a total of 20 CEs for registered Radiographers! There will also be a Radiography student track on Wednesday, and a Radiation Therapy track on Friday.

Wednesday, the 19th, after the last lecture of the day is the time to watch the students compete in our STUDENT BEE. The winner will receive a cash prize and school bragging rights! Come cheer on your favorite school to victory!!

On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, we will host a scavenger hunt and wind up in the Winona Room for games (including a euchre tournament) and camaraderie. Details will be available at the check-in desk.

ONE FULL DAY PLUS HALF DAY Friday (Pick which full day Wed or Thurs, PLUS half day Friday) total 12 CEs- Techs $221.45, students $128.75

FULL CONFERENCE (all three available days) total of 20 CEs- Techs $309, students $ 159.65

For NON MSRT MEMBERS only:

ONE FULL day (Wed or Thurs) total of 8 CEs- Tech $329.60, Student $159.65

Friday ONLY (HALF day) total of 4 CEs- Tech $200.85, Student $89.61

Two FULL DAYS (Wed AND Thurs) total 16 CEs- $386.25, students $180.25

ONE FULL DAY PLUS HALF DAY Friday (Pick which full day Wed or Thurs, PLUS half day Friday) total 12 CEs- Techs $293.55, students $149.35
