Sponsorship Levels

$7,500.00- Diamond Sponsor: 20'X20' booth location of your choice includes pipe and drape, two covered tables, four chairs and waste basket. (carpeting inside  your booth area is not included) Your company logo electronically projected on screen during luncheon's in ballroom. Company representative will have an opportunity to make a ten minute presentation about your company duing one of the conference luncheon's. Recognition as a Diamond Sponsor with custom signage at your exhibit booth and an 8.5" X 11" color ad in the conference magazine. Five conference registrations with VIP table and signage with company name on table in front area of ball room. Placement of vehicle display in exhibit hall.

$6,500.00- Platinum Sponsor- Attendee Conference Bag: 10'X20' booth location of your choice includes pipe and drape, one covered tables, four chairs and waste basket. (carpeting inside  your booth area is not included) Your company logo electronically projected on screen during luncheon's in ballroom. Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor with custom signage at your exhibit booth and an 8.5" X 5.5" color ad in the conference magazine. Four conference registrations with VIP table and signage with company name on table in front area of ball room. 

$5,000.00- Gold Sponsor- Continential Breakfast Sponsor: 10'X10' booth  includes pipe and drape, one covered tables, two chairs and waste basket. (carpeting inside  your booth area is not included) Your company logo electronically projected on screen during luncheon's in ballroom. Recognition as a Gold Sponsor with custom signage at your exhibit booth and an 8.5" X 4.25" color ad in the conference magazine. Three conference registrations.

$2,500.00 - Silver Sponsor : 10'X10' booth  includes pipe and drape, one covered tables, two chairs and waste basket. (carpeting inside  your booth area is not included) Recognition as a Silver Sponsor with custom signage at your exhibit booth and in conference magazine. Two conference registrations.

$1,250.00 - Bronze Sponsor : 10'X10' booth  includes pipe and drape, one covered tables, two chairs and waste basket. (carpeting inside  your booth area is not included) Recognition as a Bronze Sponsor with signage at your exhibit booth and in conference magazine. Two conference registrations.

$1,000.00 - Exhibitor Sponsor :10'X10' booth  includes pipe and drape, one covered tables, two chairs and waste basket. (carpeting inside  your booth area is not included) Recognition as a Exhibitor Sponsor in the conference magazine. One conference registration.
