DSS Convention & Educational Symposium – 2022 EXHIBITOR’S PROSPECTUS 

The Denturist Society of Saskatchewan’s (DSS) 2022 National Convention is being held June 16, 2022 to June 18, 2022 with the Tradeshow taking place on June 17, 2022 to June 18, 2022 with Continuing Education on June 18, 2022 at the Delta Bessborough in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This completed application is due by no later than February 18, 2022 with payment.

EXHIBITORS

Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to consider registering for activities at the 2022 DSS National Convention. A complete Registration Package will be available on the DSS website in early Spring at www.saskdenturists.com.

Reasons you should consider registering for an Exhibit Table: (please be advised that due to space restrictions there will not be booths but rather table tops only)

• 2 Associations in attendance! Denturist Society of Saskatchewan and The Denturist Association of Canada.
• National exposure with possible attendance from surrounding provinces.
• Additional exposure as event will be open to Saskatchewan’s Dental Technicians.
• 13 Hours of Exhibit Time - Exhibiting: Friday, June 17, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Develop business contacts within the profession
• Offer tradeshow specials directly to delegates
• Excellent venue in which to mix business with pleasure

• Distillery Tour & Dinner on Thursday, June 16, 2022
• Dinner & Casino Night on Friday, June 17, 2022
• Cocktail Hour on Saturday, June 18, 2022

The Tradeshow will be held in the Salon Batoche. As the concurrent educational symposiums are also being held across the hall, exposure to conventioneers will be excellent.

Each table top, is a standard 6’ table in an approximately 8’ x 8’ exhibit space, with 2 chairs for exhibitors, due to space constraints there is no room for physical booths with drape and piping but ceiling height is over height, which will allow more than adequate space for backdrops/sign displays behind your table.

An Exhibitor Confirmation Package will be issued to the registered Exhibitors, and this package will contain detailed and up-to-date information and details regarding the Tradeshow as well as information regarding shipping of items for the event.

There is only enough space allocated for 10 exhibitors, so it will be a first come first serve basis.

Exhibit Table Registration Inclusions

• 2½’ x 6’ display table
• Two chairs per table for the exhibitors
• Prominent Display Board of the Companies/Individuals exhibiting
• Complimentary breakfast and lunch for up to 2 exhibitors per table registration (additional individuals by a fee of $100.00 per).

Exhibit Table Registration Exclusions

• Extension cords for power
• Shipping, movement, transfer, removal, storage, setup and dismantling of contents of Exhibit Table
• Registration for extracurricular activities (exhibitors can register for these!)
• Hotel accommodation
• Personal, travel expenses or other such matters

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• BADGES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. Upon arrival, please come to the DSS registration desk in the Convention Lobby on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm or Friday, June 17, 2022 at 7:00 am to 11:00 am to pick up your name badge(s) and receive confirmation of exhibit location.

• We would like to have prizes drawn at the end of the tradeshow, if you have a product or prize that you wish to contribute, please send directly to the address provided below. Items must be shipped directly to Ashley Ball (Avalon Denture Care, Shopping Centre, 2605 Broadway Ave #9, Saskatoon, SK, S7J 0Z5) and must be received NO LATER THAN April 1, 2022.
